Gymnastics is the art of regular movement for the purpose of fixing, strengthening and developing the physical structure of the body. All exercises aimed for agility and strengthening of the body fall within this scope.

According to scientific researches, it is stated that 3-4 years old early age group, is the most ideal for starting gymnastics.
It was observed that the child who was introduced to gymnastics in early childhood showed faster cognitive, psychomotor, and emotional development compared to his peers.
In this regard, it is possible to introduce children to this branch with gymnastic-based games starting from the age of 3.

While children become aware of the limits of their abilities within the framework of sports activities, they can improve their environmental relations with the experiences they have gained in using their bodies.
The child does not only learn using his body in a coordinated and skillful way but also strengthens his communication in society with the self-confidence he gains by having these skills.

Our training process is carried out in a planned manner, based on the Powerkids training principles of our managers and trainers.
In line with the annual training programs prepared in accordance with the age groups, our students are trained practically and theoretically.
Our students, who continue their practice patiently with the support of their families and coaches, will be showing the progress.
